Design Concept
Our primary goal with this project is to develop a building that allows modest, comfortable living alongside flexible workspace. Our building is less than half the square footage of the average home size in the United States, however good design can overcome space constraints. This urban in-fill project will minimize resource and energy consumption by applying Passivhaus standards and other green building techniques.
